Minimum Qualification
A bachelors/masters degree in product and industrial design, mechanical engineering or a similar course.
Skills and Attributes
The candidate should poses an exceptional bachelor or master degree with demonstrated experience with a subset of the following:
- Hands-on experience of fabrication and diagnosing electro-mechanical products
- Manufacturing techniques including 3D printing and laser cutting
- Process automation and large scale production
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Fusion 360/SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw X7, Cura slicer, Proteus 8.x
Responsibilities
- Fabrication, diagnosis and repair of scientific equipment
- Mass-production and process management of electro-mechanical equipment
- Assisting in meeting the manufacturing goals
- Documenting the design and fabrication activities
Experience
2 years or more of relevant experience. However, this can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
