We generally feel that students working in the lab are afraid of making simple circuits. They relegate simple tasks such as cutting and stripping wires, folding wires, soldering and assembling prototype boards to lab staff. In order to break this barrier, we decided to incorporate a brief hands-on session on circuit building in the Physics Lab.
