Keeping in view the vision of self-reliance and a mission for self-sustenance through indigenous development of scientific equipment, Physlab in collaboration with Qosain scientific is developing low-cost devices and software for teaching laboratories in Pakistan. Conventionally, such devices are costly for the local market as they are bought from foreign companies. By utilizing local resources and a team of dedicated engineers and technicians we are developing these devices and software for the various government and private sector institutions of Pakistan.
Following is the list of devices and software indigenously developed by Physlab and Qosain so far,
1. | Physlogger |
Physlogger, developed jointly by Physlab and Qosain Scientific, is an Arduino based data logging device that can input signals from multiple varieties of analog and digital sensors. Many of these sensors are also designed by Physlab. Download: |

2. | Phystrack |
PhysTrack is a Matlab based video tracking solution for analyzing the kinematics of moving bodies. Since Matlab is a very popular analysis tool in physics laboratories around the globe, we have tried to combine the robustness of Matlab computation power with such a friendly user interface which can be found in a commercial video tracking software.
